I have never been treated so well in a hotel as a celiac and lastose-intolerant person. The staff gave me all the information regarding the contents of meals and especially during dinner I always had a few options I could choose from. Everyone was very helpful (although nobody was really speaking english so the communication could be challenging at times). I really recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit this area.

Centrally located hotel next to main street in Pinzolo. Big plus for large parking. They have large wellness area with pools and saunas > Maybe not most modern design, but ok. What is nice, that the access is included in the room price, other hotels in the area are charging some extra fees for access to the pool. The also offer massages ~ 50 eur/ 50 min. I stayed in Single room, it is small but comfy! Breakfast is rather simple, but ok.

Very nice staff, very good dinners. Breakfast was not enough, no salads or vegetables just tosts and egs or sausages (maybe this Italian style). It was my first visit there. I did like a spa area where residents can use the sauna or steam room, swimming pool, or some treatments. Great location very close to gondola (if someone go for skiing).

3rdtime here but this year we stayed for in the brand new suits/studio apartments and it worked very well for us a family of 4. I must say the new suites are of s very highly standard, amazing shower and brand new perfect bed!! What more can you ask?? The hotel provided also garage for the car and full access to all areas ( restaurant, SPA, bar etc...) The food is amazing and it’s a walking distance to the ski lift, sure to come back next year!! The hotel was pleasant, the staff was nice, the spa was relaxing and the bed was comfy, but unfortunately the sockets in the rooms were not suited for all standard european plugs, breakfast had some drawbacks and sometimes there would be a strange smell in the common areas. Generaly the location of the hotel was close to the gondolas, but also close to the town church that had bells ringing regularly. Overall it's a 3,5/4.

This hotel is focused on mass tourism and its technical condition is poor. From one week stay I have many bad experiences and some average. Problems heating is not constant, some nights was cold and some to hot and walls was fuul of condensation (wet). Walls in room were roted. Rooms are equipt only with basic and not ergonomic chests - no place for trunk unpacking. Ski room was rather small and boot dryer didn't work well, so we did skiing in wet boots. Breakfast are really simple and all week mostly the same. Dinner are fine but eating hall is realy big and noisy. Eating hall are rather cold, nopt tempered for dining. Some staff was super friendly and some tired. We were small group on sking holliday and most of us got cold from frequent temperature changes in hotel rooms and dining halls.
